You will need to submit a high resolution photo or photos of the house/ storefront/ building to kaitlin@kchowstudios.com immediately after purchase. Please allow for a 4 week timeline from the point of confirmation email you will receive confirming your photo quality will work.

No sketches will be provided unless requested for an additional fee. Final painting will be based on photos provided. If you would like any changes to the imagine please specify a different color or item removed or added.
