Live sketching is a unique way of capturing an event from the crowd! Here’s an action shot live sketching in the crowd at Newport Folk Festival. There's no better way to capture what the festival means other than to be fully present, listening to the music and see what speaks to you. Capturing a musicians personality or a special stage moment from the crowd in a few quick pen strokes is a challenge I love.
